To get started, you need to register with Jasper. Additionally, you can take advantage of the Jasper 5-day trial, which offers 10,000 words of credit, by clicking on the link provided.

Head over to the Dashboard. From there, click on the ‘Create’ button. You will then see a pop-up window that looks like the one below.

To load a new document, click on “Document” and wait a few seconds for the editor to open up. The editor has three modes: Focus mode, Chat mode, and Power mode.

By default, the editor loads in Focus mode, which is shown in the image below.

The Focus Mode feature offers input options to improve Jasper’s content quality for you. You can turn on or off the “Content description/brief” option which helps Jasper understand your writing topic. Being more specific in the description will result in better content. You can also customize the tone of voice, but it’s optional. For SEO optimization, you can add up to three keywords to be included in the writing.

Jasper has added a feature called Jasper Chat to the document editor. It can help users who like to brainstorm interactively. This feature is only available in boss mode plans. If you currently enjoy using ChatGPT and want to keep using it, you may want to switch to Jasper AI boss mode.

API/Webhooks

At the time of writing this article, Jasper currently does not have an API, unlike Rytr, which allows for direct connection to other applications via its API.
